Roles & Responsibility
Site Operations Management
Monitoring of Housekeeping related activities
preparing the Daily/weekiy and Monthly reports
Taking facility rounds and find out find out snags and raising GUTS Tickets for the same
Carrying out all the maintaince activity Pest control, Vendor Management, Housekeeping Management, Food vendors, Vendors Background checks etc..
Tertiary qualifications in property, Building or Facilities Mangement preferal
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of cilent staff and demands- Demonstrated experience with tendering and service improvement initiatives required- Knowledge of occupational safety requirement.
Candidates from Nerby Location Will be given First Preference.
